Concerning our SULAM project, 'Green Beyond Belief,' which was completed on May 14, 2022, we need to submit a final report as well as a presentation film for SULAM's final presentation later on.
For the last time, We had a meeting to review the substance of the final SULAM report so that everything could be documented properly. The division of tasks for each member is proceeding easily because everyone of my group members understands their positions in this group. We also discuss prize preparation, since all of the top three winners' identities have been accurately recognized to avoid any mishandling. The prize for the top three winners of the Kahoot quiz has been completed and will be mailed to them as soon as feasible. We were then inform by our leader to finish writing our final report.

Throughout the SULAM project, I have been happy with my position as co-leader. I came up with the project title, Green Beyond Belief, since we believe that every community should learn how to properly manage garbage, particularly green waste. I'm also proud of myself for suggesting to my members that we do our community project with the juniors from my old high school. It is one of the most pleasurable activities I can undertake since I can improve my communication abilities while also repaying my former high school instructor. I would make a note of everything important that was discussed during our talk, which helps us prepare better for the SULAM implementation. Although some technical challenges at the start of the workshop when some participants were unable to access the link to our Google meet, we were able to overcome them calmly and finish all of the activities as scheduled. If I had another chance to manage the SULAM project differently, I would prefer to do so directly with the children because I feel that SAKURA students would understand more about the composting activity and things will go more easily than before.
I feel that our SULAM project benefited the kids in that they identified the environmental challenges that we are now facing and what others have done to improve the problem, in this case, composting activities as a way to help rescue the Earth from certain environmental troubles. The most beneficial experience I had throughout our SULAM project was being able to transmit the message of the necessity of composting through my film, and I believe that by doing so, I was able to bring optimism to others and encourage them to learn more about composting green waste. The reaction we received from the students was really positive, as they commended us for being able to teach us something that was unusual in our field.
I'm delighted that our team was able to present the pupils with such useful information. I was thrilled to see how involved the kids were with us during the event, as well as how hard they worked to build their own DIY compost products and email the videos to us despite the fact that they were at their various homes. The pupils paid great attention to the slide and correctly answered the questions during the presentation.
When our SULAM experiment came to a close. We have learned a great deal from working on this type of assignment. This SULAM project has taught me how to be a productive and disciplined person since I have to work together with my groupmates to ensure the success of our project. Synergy among group members is critical because it may boost effectiveness by allowing members to share perspectives, experiences, ideas, and information. I was happy for the chance to learn how to organize and manage such an event, as well as how to utilize what I had learned in class to educate them. That is all from me, see you soon
